• Payment information — credit-card details required to hold a table, secure a VIP booth, purchase a ticket, or book a private event. Card numbers are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
• Ticket and box-office data — order confirmations, QR codes, and attendance records provided by our ticketing partners.
• Marketing preferences — subscription status and engagement with our emails (opens, clicks) if you join our mailing list.
• In-venue information — ID verification at the door (viewed, not retained), CCTV footage for security and safety purposes, and photography or video taken at public events (see Section 6).

6. Photography, video & CCTV

Club Bahia is a public entertainment venue. Photographs and video recordings are routinely taken during shows and events by our staff, hired photographers, media partners, and other guests. By entering the venue you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such images for promotional purposes on our website, social channels, and marketing materials. If you would like a specific image of you removed, please contact us using the details below. Interior CCTV operates continuously for security and incident response and is retained on a rolling basis.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Reservation and ticketing records are typically retained for the duration of our commercial and legal record-keeping requirements; marketing subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe; and website analytics data is retained on the schedule set by each analytics provider. Club Bahia is a 21+ venue after 9 PM and our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
