Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & account use

You must be 18 or older to make a reservation, purchase a ticket, or submit an inquiry on our website. Certain nights and events are 21+ (see Section 5). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for the actions of any guests in your party.

2. Reservations

• All reservations require a valid credit card to hold. Some seating categories (VIP booths, dinner seating, parties of 6 or more, weekend headliner nights) also require a food-and-beverage minimum, deposit, or bottle purchase, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your reservation time are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit and may be charged the applicable food-and-beverage minimum.
• No-shows and parties arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice may lose their table and be charged the applicable minimum.
• Reservation times are approximate. During headliner nights, seating may run behind schedule; we appreciate your patience.

3. Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable except where required by law or in the case of a cancelled event (see below).
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us via the website contact form or box office. We reserve the right to refuse transfers we reasonably believe are commercial resale.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be voided at the door. We accept no responsibility for counterfeit or duplicated tickets.
• Event lineups, dates, start times, opening acts, and set lengths are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes.
• If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket. Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by our ticketing partners.

4. Guest passes & promotions

Complimentary guest passes and promotional offers are subject to the terms shown at issuance (typically: valid on specified nights, one pass per person, arrival before a stated cutoff time, 21+ with valid government ID, subject to venue capacity, no cash value, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers). We reserve the right to modify or revoke promotional offers at our discretion.

5. Age, ID & admission

• Club Bahia is 21 and over after 9:00 PM unless a specific event is advertised as all-ages. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for admission and for the purchase of alcohol.
• Admission is subject to venue capacity and applicable dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry to any guest for any lawful reason, including intoxication, dress-code violations, disruptive conduct, or safety concerns — without refund.
• All guests, bags, and outerwear are subject to search on entry. Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverage, professional recording equipment (without prior authorization), and other prohibited items are not allowed.

6. Conduct & house rules

You agree to follow all posted house rules, staff and security directions, local ordinances, and applicable laws while on the premises. Harassment, discrimination, threats, unauthorized photography or recording of other guests, unsafe behavior, and any activity that endangers guests or staff are grounds for immediate removal without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

7. Photography, video & likeness

Club Bahia is a public entertainment venue. By entering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant Club Bahia and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to request removal of a specific image or clip in which you appear, please contact us.

8. Private events & venue rental

Private event bookings (buyouts, birthdays, corporate events, weddings, quinceañeras, private concerts) are governed by a separate written event agreement that supplements these Terms and addresses deposits, food-and-beverage minimums, cancellation windows, insurance requirements, damage responsibility, staffing, and any custom production. In the event of a conflict, the executed event agreement controls with respect to that booking.

9. Alcohol service

Club Bahia serves alcohol under the license and regulations of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. We reserve the right — and are legally obligated — to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or unable to present valid ID. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation home.

10. Website use & intellectual property

The Club Bahia website, including its content, layout, graphics, photography, video, logos, and "Club Bahia," "Azucar LA," and related marks, are the property of Club Bahia or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Assumption of risk

Attendance at live entertainment involves inherent risks including loud sound, flashing lights, crowd density, dancing, and exposure to communicable illnesses. You voluntarily assume all such risks when you enter the venue.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Bahia and its owners, officers, employees, performers, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the venue, events, and this website. In no event will our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your reservation, ticket, admission, or use of our website exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific reservation, ticket, or booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Bahia and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct at the venue, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your reservation, your ticket, or your visit will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or the venue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
